The deliciously
diverse Uncle Roy ran his own successful deli for 12 years. Frustrated
by his life long dislike of English mustard, he started to blend
and sell his own.
In the six
years since, Roy has opened his own manufacturing unit, picked
up no less than 15 Great Taste Awards and acquired the accolade
of many a celebrity chef – including Clarissa Dickson-Wright
and Guardian food critic Matthew Fort.
