Fruit vinegars are the new balsamic according to Waitrose Food Illustrated (Aug Edition). They recommend using fruit vinegars for deglazing and for salad dressings and puddings. Why not try some and see what you think?

Just finished a dinner of LWWF meals and were absolutely amazed.
The quality of the food was absolutely top notch and nice and
filling too. We microwaved them as per the instructions and
they really couldn't have been easier. They're exactly what
we've been looking for - we're filling our caravan with them!
